Nebraska Star Beef Signature Seasoning was developed in house as the ultimate steak seasoning. We worked with a local spice company to bring together the perfect blend of spices with our own secret ingredient that gives it a little something special. The seasoning is designed to unlock that natural flavor of the beef and accentuate the flavor as opposed to covering it up. We use a combination of coarse and finely ground spices that are designed to work together to deliver the ultimate steak experience. It’s also great on pork, chicken and eggs. We have also found that it makes a great Bloody Mary seasoning.
