Simple Eastern NC Pork Recipe

Bone Suckin’® BBQ Pork

• 1 (4–7 lb) Pork Butt
• 1 Jar Bone Suckin’® Eastern Vinegar

Preheat oven to 225°F.
Place pork butt fat side up on rack inside baking pan.
Cook 1.5–2 hours per pound until internal temp reaches 205°F.
Wrap in foil and rest 15 minutes.
Pull pork and add Eastern Vinegar to taste.

Pro Tip: 165°F is safe — but 205°F is tender.
