Sweet Heat Hotter Jalapeno Peppers
I’m just going to tell you that the Sweet Heat Peppers are my favorite line here at Brenmar. I love to pour the Candied Peppers onto a block of cream cheese as a dip for guest and sometimes just for myself. The candied peppers and pickles also go great on tacos, burritos, enchiladas, grilled chicken, fajitas and even on breakfast items like eggs. I’m always finding new ways to use the candied peppers and pickles.

Sweet Heat Dip
You’ll need:
1 cup Sweet Heat Peppers Candied Jalapenos
(2) 8oz. Bricks of softened Cream Cheese
First you blend the peppers into a relish (do not drain juice). Then you mix with standard kitchen mixer with cream cheese.
Serve with crackers, chips, on tortillas, or any way you like.
(This mixture is a general guideline. Add more/less peppers to make it hotter/milder to suit your taste.)
Sweet Heat was born after many years of making candied jalapenos in my very own kitchen. After making them and storing them, we would occasionally bring the candied jalapenos out for parties and bring them to peoples houses. Once people started commenting on the peppers, I realized how well received it was. After a while we would hear people tell us we should take them to the local Farmer’s Market. So, I applied for a spot at the local market and picked 4 weekends to be there. The first weekend, we took every jar we had. We sold out before noon and got a call the following week to see if we had more and could sell at the market every weekend. That meant a lot to us so, we started making large batches and got the word out. Ever since then, our fan base has grown and grown. We’ve shipped literally to every corner of the country.

You really need to like spicy to get the Jalapeno one. If you like spicy but not too spicy try the regular sweat heat. Goes great with cream cheese.
