A: When you come to the payment method screen when checking out, enter any promotional code in the box labeled "CODE". The shopping cart will automatically calculate your discount and provide the new total

 

 

Shipping/Returns

 

Q: How are shipping and handling charges estimated?
A: Shipping and handling fees are not included in our list prices. All shipping charges are based on weight of the shipment and destination. These costs are calculated when the shipment has been packed and is ready for release.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: Thoroughly inspect all shipments. Do not accept a damaged or short shipment until exception is noted on the freight bill. The buyer will be held responsible for all shipments with freight bills signed free and clear. If concealed damage is discovered, contact the freight company immediately for inspection. Concealed damage must be reported to the carrier and Brenmar within 7 days of receipt. All damaged goods and shortages that are not properly documented and reported upon receipt become the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: No returns without prior authorization. Returned items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee

Please make your selections carefully. Because some of our products are FDA-approved for direct food contact, we are UNABLE to take back this merchandise in order to maintain integrity.
Q: What is your shipping policy?
A: All orders shipped UPS ground for the 48 contiguous states unless otherwise specified. All in stock orders are shipped within 48 hours. (with exception of Holiday orders and weekends) Allow 2-3 weeks for non-stock items
